The raw materials are prepared by drying, graining, sieving, mixing and fine grinding, especially iron-free crushing. This specialization is becoming increasingly important today due to technological requirements.
A state-of-the-art, high-performance micronizing plant with upstream fine comminution processes products such as high-grade corundum, tabular oxide, fused and sintered spinel, fused and sintered magnesite, sintered and fused mullite, zircon mullite, as well as andalusite, bauxite and high-quality kaolin chamotte iron-free.
These synthetic raw materials, some of which have a Mohs’ hardness of 9, are finely ground to an average particle diameter of 1.8 microns.
Our mixing plants for the production of dry and earth-moist multi-component mixes as well as premix grades for the refractory industry complete the production range.
Our entire production is continuously controlled in our own laboratories according to the quality standard EN DIN ISO 9001:2015.
